Money: yes money is good when the wise king Solomon said so . money answer everything . one who has money boast of many  friend  but homany of them are reliable . money can buy likeness but it can't buy love, it  pays for any hospital bill but can't buy life ladies shine your eyes well well not all that glitters is gold.

3. Generosity: ladies like men who give out gifts. Take them out for a date and spoil them with expensive freebies. Generosity cannot be compared with caring attitude. One can be generous to buy a lady but not loving. Ladies take note.

4. Parental Influence: In the present era, relationship is influenced by parents. They direct their children into marrying people they don't want based on their selfish interest. Many ladies relationships have hit the rock because of this reason. Ladies should not allow themselves to be deceived anymore because they bear the brunt if it turns out bad.

5. Wrong Perception: "That man is a good and violent prayer warrior" some ladies would say. This statement does not always turn out true. Make sure he is not a hypocrite who came in a lamb clothing to break and steal your heart.
