3 Easy Step To Turn An Already Processed White Garri Into Red When Used As Eba

While some prefer white garri to Red garri especially when the intention is for sipping or drinking but thousands of persons also pefers the red to the white when it comes to eba. Some claims white garri when made as eba can cause blindness.
While others has regarded going for white instead of red as a sign of lack of money as red garri is usually more expensive than white.

So, turning white garri for eba into red is simple:
1. Boil water for your garri as usual
2. Pour the amount of water you need into a bowl
3. Add a little palm oil (a little depending on the quantity of eba you making)
