10 Ways To Make Yourself Happy Always

Happiness is a choice but choosing to be happy no matter how easy it may be sounding may not actually be an easy one.

With the present economic situation, poverty, hunger, diseases, insecurity, death rate, unemployment and other issues ranging from emotional to financial but to mention a few, I see lots of unhappy persons everyday and this feeling of wanting to approach them always creeps in.


unhappiness is meant to abound but you can take it upon yourself and make that decision to be happy and trust me it will save you loads of stress and troubles.


You should not allow circumstances or event to determine your happiness, like I said earlier make that decision to choose to be happy and do everything within your capability to protect it. Nobody wants to associate with one who is always moody and sad;where you will have to take it upon yourself to be cheering up  the person all the time.


WAYS To MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY

1. Each time you wake up in the morning, and you having this mixed feelings and that feeling of unhappiness, take a mirror make sure it's placed in a balanced position and laugh loud while still looking at yourself in it. It will help.

2. Cut every association with toxic people: This people have a way of weighing you down. Get rid of them;  I know it can be pretty difficult especially if it's a family member but you could give them the silence treat and avoid them as much as possible.

3. Create time for yourself out of your busy schedule: Take a break from work and engage in activities that make you happy, do what you love doing.  Say positive things to yourself; remind yourself of how beautiful you're, how smart, how intelligent you're and allow your uniqueness to be your selling point.

4. Forgive yourself and forgive others too: You will not get there in your journey of happiness if you don't let go. Free yourself from guilt, It has a way of sucking out every atom of life in an individual. I remember sometime ago when my relationship couldn't work, I always had this creeping and piercing sign of guilt reminding of what I should  have done that I didn't do and what I did I shouldn't have done, perhaps I should have pushed better... but it's in the past now. Until you confront that guilt and forgive yourself, will you have a sure happiness.

5. Do not competite: "If there's nothing I have learnt all this years, I have learnt not to competite because I'm the competition myself". This were my favourite quote as a growing up child and it did save me the stress of Rivalry, jealousy and envy that one may encounter on a day- day basis.

6. Cry it out: Letting it out by crying could help  relief you greatly of whatever issues it may be you battling with. When the burden is becoming unbearable instead of pondering over and over it  why not cry it out?.

7.  Take a walk Out: Never underestimate the power of exercises.

8. Let someone that cares cuddle and hug you: It will help you know

9.  Hang out with good friends; The world couldn't be more beautiful without friends, friends makes the world beautiful.

10. Don't live your life pleasing people. People who re always too conscious of pleasing people don't really go far in life. Just make sure your conscience is at peace and you good to go.
