BMSH is Rivers state apex hospital.  It was gathered that the hospital for some time now has being having power issues. An unamed staff reported that the hospital have being disconnected from the national grid due to some fault from the substation. He also confirmed that the hospital has two generating set but one broke down due to overuse and the working one is being switched off at intervals to prevent total break down.
